Advanto, a Czech startup providing the employee benefit Pay Anytime, is a year older again. And even though it's only 3 years old, it's growing at an extraordinary rate. With each passing day, it becomes more accessible to more employees and companies.
Thanks to Advant, employees can access their money immediately after their shift without having to wait for the payday. It is a modern and useful benefit that has been popular with both employers and their employees since its inception. This is because it has a positive impact on their finances and overall satisfaction. One of the main benefits is the ability to deal with unexpected expenses without waiting for a payday.
Over the past year, Advanto has become a very popular benefit across industries. The number of companies using the Advanto benefit has increased more than 5x since last year. The companies perceive the positive impact of employees having access to their money immediately after working hours, without having to wait for the payday. The number of employees with access to their pay at any time is now almost 50,000. Advanto will also expand to Slovakia during 2022. Statistics say that someone collects their paycheck every 5 minutes through Advanto.

The fact that payday loans are becoming the norm at any time is confirmed by the media interest in this topic. Advanta founder and CEO Martin Fortelný has participated in several interviews, for example for Forbes, CzechCrunch or Radio Zet. We had the privilege to attend several conferences and other important events in the world of HR and employee benefits. One example is the HRko event, where we shared our experience and know-how with other professionals in the field.

We are also in contact with our users. We visited them several times during the year to get their feedback. To our pleasant surprise, many stories were shared about how Advanto helped people in financial distress due to unexpected expenses. And that is the very reason why Advanto came into existence.
Thanks to user feedback, we can continuously improve our services. Since last year, we have expanded our language versions. Currently, the app is available in five languages, making Advanto more accessible to more and more employees.

The benefit can be integrated through dozens of payroll and time and attendance systems, making it much easier to introduce the benefit to new clients. New integrations have also been developed that make communication with company servers much easier.
Advanto is not only developing technologically. In the past year, the entire brand has been redesigned under the auspices of Inveo. As a result, the design of the mobile and web app has also changed. This was also a step towards greater clarity of the app.
