Join the online meeting of employers, experts and the public, where we will present the results of a unique survey among more than 330 members of the Union of HR Specialists of the Czech Republic.
What is their overview of the financial condition and behavior of their employees? Are they doing enough to keep workers out of a debt spiral? And why is the excessive indebtedness of Czech employees a problem that needs to be addressed? Do not hesitate to join the discussion.
After the presentation of the results of the survey, a panel discussion will take place with experts on debt issues Radek Hábl (Institute for the Prevention and Solution of Over-Indebtedness) and David Borges (People in Need). Matěj Kučera (National Institute of Mental Health), who is familiar with the effects of employees' mental health on the workplace, will also be involved. The moderator of the discussion will be Petr Otáhal, President of the Union of Personnel Specialists of the Czech Republic.
