Advanto is integrated into AVA space - a new marketplace for Asseco Solution business systems

Advanto has completed further technical integration into the latest AVA space platform. This enables asseco Solution's enterprise systems to be easily extended and interconnected with useful cloud applications and functionalities. After Advanta's earlier integration with Asseco Solution's Helios payroll systems, this is the next step that allows Asseco Solution clients to implement payouts at any time in just a few clicks.

"AVA space enables new cloud applications and functionalities that employers may need to connect to existing enterprise systems and modules from Asseco Solution. One of them, which is currently in great demand, is Advanto," explains Milan Kasík, who is in charge of platform development at Asseco Solution.

"Once integrated into the AVA space , any employer using Helios payroll systems from Asseco Solution can connect with Advant de facto on a click," says Jan Kölbl, co-founder and CTO of Advanta. "No more spreadsheet exports and the like – integrating Advanta with Ava is the only secure way to integrate an application like Advanto with Helios systems. In addition, it is fast, we do not have to deal with any IT, we just verify a few things and sign a contract," adds Kölbl.

Helios payroll and attendance systems from Asseco Solution are used by more than 15,000 employers in the Czech Republic, which represents about 30% of the market. One of the very first employers to connect Helios Advanto to its enterprise system was the Transport Company of the City of Ústí nad Labem.

"In my 7 years of experience in the company, I have not encountered such a fast-paced IT project as in the case of Advant. After my experience with other projects, I thought that at least 1 year would pass from the first meeting to commissioning, but the speed with which the project was put into practice surprised me very pleasantly," says Simona Mohacsi, director of the Ústí nad Labem Public Transport Company.

At the beginning of 2020, the Public Transport Company of the City of Ústí nad Labem was looking for an innovative way to reach new employees on the empty labour market and began to cooperate with Advant. "The COVID-19 pandemic has meant a loss of one or more income for many employee families. Thanks to the payroll ATM, employees with their families did not have to choose installment products, but they could draw their own paycheck if there was a 'few' thousand crowns missing from the next payout," Mohacsi explains.

If the employer has a different attendance system, Advanto can still be easily integrated individually. "We have a lot of experience with connection to other attendance systems and the process takes a few days," concludes Kölbl.
